Copyright and takedown requests
Last updated: 2026-10-19
We respect the rights of content, channel and software owners. This page explains what the EnigmaPlay store lists, how a rights holder can ask for a plugin to be removed, and how we handle it.
What the store lists
- The store lists Enigma2 plugins published by their developers and keeps copies of their publicly released files so they stay available.
- The store does not host any channels, streams or movies, and does not sell or hand out subscriptions, card-sharing servers or decryption keys.
- Plugins whose purpose is handing out subscriptions, free servers or pirated stream lists are not allowed and are hidden as soon as we find them.
How to request removal
- Email support@enigmaplay.org with:
- Your name, how to reach you, and whether you are the rights holder or acting for them.
- The protected work (channel, software, content) and proof that you own it.
- The link to the plugin page in the store (e.g. https://enigmaplay.org/p/plugin-id/) and why it infringes.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you act in good faith, with your signature (your full name is enough).
What happens next
- We review requests within 72 hours. If valid, the plugin is hidden from the store, the website and the phone app, and its updates stop.
- We tell the plugin's developer, who can reply if the request is wrong; we then review it again.
- Developers with repeated valid requests lose their developer account.
Note
We never ask for passwords or payment details by email. Any message asking for them in our name is not from us.
